If you purchase as a consumer, you may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, subject to the conditions and exceptions established by applicable law.

Before sending the product, email support@aera-athletics.com or use our contact page. We will provide the applicable return instructions and destination.

The customer bears the direct return cost unless the product is incorrect, defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds and rights relating to non-conforming products are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
