Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.

How to notify us

Clearly communicate your decision by emailing support@aera-athletics.com or through our contact page. Include the order number and the product you wish to return. We will provide the applicable instructions and return destination. Do not send the product before receiving these instructions.

Sending the return

After notifying us, send the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days afterwards. The customer bears the direct return cost unless the product is incorrect, defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Product condition

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

Where withdrawal is valid, we will refund payments received, including the applicable standard delivery cost. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option are not refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold it until the product or evidence of its return is received, whichever occurs first.

Incorrect, defective or non-conforming products

If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective or not as described, contact AERA. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination, where applicable, are separate from the right of withdrawal and do not create return costs for the consumer.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies. If an exception affects a particular product, it will be disclosed before purchase.
