Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern use of the AERA online store and purchases made through it. By submitting an order, you accept these Terms and the applicable policies displayed on the storefront. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

AERA is the trading name used by this store. For questions, requests or communications relating to a purchase, email support@aera-athletics.com or use our contact page.

Products and availability

The main characteristics, variants and price of each product are displayed before it is added to the cart. Availability may change. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and the relevant amounts refunded.

Orders

Before confirming an order, you can review the products, variants, quantities, price and applicable charges. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, availability and reasonable fraud-prevention checks.

Prices and payment

The final price and applicable charges are displayed before payment. Payments are processed using the methods available through Shopify Checkout. AERA does not directly store complete card details.

Shipping

Current destinations, rates, thresholds and restrictions are described in the Shipping Policy and confirmed during checkout.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

The applicable rights and procedure are described in the Refund Policy. Rights relating to non-conforming or defective products remain available under applicable law.

Use of the store

You must not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems or provide false information during a purchase.

Liability

AERA does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. If you purchase as a consumer, you retain all mandatory protections and rights of complaint and jurisdiction available to you.

Changes

The version applying to a purchase is the version published when the order is placed. Later changes do not alter confirmed orders unless required by law or accepted by the customer.
